Every staff member is so nice and it’s always a quick and easy visit when i’m there

Front desk is proper and spot on, nurse assistant has no empathy or consideration she is limited ( mechanical to her app no consideration to my discomfort or accommodation need) and loud mannered.  Doctor has probably done her job, but I felt I did not gain more support from my visit. Confused and wondering if I should go back to my primary on Monday.

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

The personal was Very nice and fast, I love it, lo recomiendo 100 por ciento
