Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Had a very positive experience. I would recommend Liberty.

Woke up with a swollen eye went to urgent care. Got some antibiotics and feeling better 24 hours later thank you.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Grateful for the care and quick service today! Wait time was under 1/2 hour in and out in about an hour total.

My scheduling was so easy didn’t had any problem at all, went in by 3:00pm and was out by 3:20pm I’m so grateful to meet nice and friendly caring staff !!!!🙏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Fell & landed on left hand.Pain was excruciating so went for X-rays. Was taken with 5 mins. Have brace on hand & wrist - waiting for radiologist to read X-ray. Right know we all feel it is badly bruised - praying that it isn't broken. Highly recommend. Very nice personnel that seriously cared about me. Place is extremely clean.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
