An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. Honestly wish this office was closer because I loved them! Staff was so nice even the receptionists. My son was in a push bike stroller ringing his bell and everyone was looking over the counter smiling at him. Super friendly and talkative. Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Began day with blood in urine. Went to urgent care without an appointment. Waited 1/2 hour (reasonable) Nurse took vitals and urine specimen Dr. arrived shortly ordered kidney and bladder ultrasound. Waited 20 min. (reasonable they were sanitizing the waiting area). Saw Dr. with ultrasound report about 10 minutes after the test. That's how medicine should be practiced.
