I called ClearChoiceMD on December 30th and spoke to Maria at the Portsmouth office I had two questions: one was for a rapid antigen Covid test for a trip and the other was a physical for my Master Captain Coast Guard license renewal. Maria was so kind and patient and worked hard to find the doctor that does the physicals at another branch in Maine and to make sure I had the needed covid test for my trip on January 4th to the Bahamas What a great asset she is to everyone that calls needing help and ClearChoiceMD

I had been sick for five days by the time I decided to go to urgent care. I made an appointment online, uploaded all the necessary documents and arrived at the appointment for the time I selected. The receptionist was pleasant and offered a seat. Also informed me I could sit in my car if I would be more comfortable. I waited only about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time and was called into the exam room. The medical assistant was friendly and professional and told me what I could expect. She started with vitals and then swabbed me for Covid and flu. She made sure to tell me it would take about 15 minutes to process both. The Physician’s Assistant examined and diagnosed me. He explained the medications he was calling in, in a caring and professional manner. My overall experience was an A+. I will be returning. I just hope no time soon.

Friendly staff and providers and they take precautions to keep patients socially distanced. They were able to do an MRI and give me results quickly. Check in is easy.

I was so....so....sick with the flu! Dr. Robin was empathetic, able to listen to me with reguards to my complicated Med history, and his care was excellent! I highly recommend this care facility! Very professionally run facility! We are lucky to have such great care professionals!
