My husband and I moved into Hampstead 3 years ago. We started seeing doctors at a large medical center in Hampstead and we did not feel they were listening and did not feel like were getting proper care. Then we moved our healthcare needs to Coastal Carolina Care. They have been a godsend for us both. Carrie Thomas listens to me and treats me like a person. The center has done more for us in just a few months than we received in 3 years from the other practice. On top of that, Carol, the phlebotomist in their lab, is the kindest, most gentle and professional that I have ever been to. All the staff make you feel welcome and cared for the minute you step in the front door. We will not trust our care to anyone other than Coastal Carolina Care.

The staff has always been nice to me. The doctor has always listened to what I had to say. I would never go anywhere else. What I like about Dr Richardson is he always listens to me. He takes the time to hear what I have to say.
