          The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue.           While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise. Thank you for putting me at ease and being so patient and attentive to my concerns!
