Outstanding professional employee’s.  They insured I was processed properly and asked many questions about my health to make sure I was treated correctly.

Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! Kudos to the young ladies who took care of me and listened to my excessive chatter! YOU ALL ROCK!  #PurpleLuva

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!
