Been suffering with a headache, chest pain, congestion and a sore throat. I later developed a cough on the second day. Was able to download the app that night and make a morning appointment. Very easy to use. The staff were helpful and courteous. Ms. Wendy was the best. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy and I was given a form for a chest x ray in another facility close by. All in all it was a positive experience that I will use again.

In the History of going to Urgent Cares, Hospitals Etcetera for Medical Needs, from Pennsylvania, Maryland to Florida my entire life, FirstCall Medical Center in Ellicott City Maryland is Truly, Number 1. Great Quick Service. Great Professional Staff from the time I Entered the Building to the time I left. Shania at the front desk, Marisa Medical Assistant and PA-C Beth Steinberg did an EXCELLENT Job helping Me. I was very sick and they even took a COVID test which results came back Negative on me. Thank God. In and out quickly. I would Highly Recommend FirstCall Medical Center to EVERYONE for your Medical Needs. This is the best place to bring a sick child. They’re fast, kind, competent, and the place is very clean. I highly recommend PM pediatrics!!
