The staff and doctors were friendly, attentive, and professional. The Dr (Wundeful) listened to me and evaluated my needs and was refreshing to me. They have you check in on a tablet up front and wait in your vehicle, calling you when your turn is up. Amazing experience, thank you all!

This location was the most efficient and friendly Urgent care my husband and I experienced out of a few here in Aberdeen! We came in 6 mins before close with our feverish infant son. We were hesitant because we knew they were getting ready to close and felt that they would be less than willing to help because we would delay their closing. Not the case at all. Amber and The NP Katy Garnett were amazing! Check in to discharge was less than 1.5hrs and they were very welcoming and attentive to our child! Since then we do not hesitate to go to this location whenever we have an issue! Definitely our go to because of those two young ladies!

I cannot say enough about my incredibly positive experience at Med Express on 202 yesterday! I have received care here on 3 or 4 other occasions and have been pleased, but yesterday's visit topped the charts! I originally stopped in at around 4:00 and there was an hour wait, so I drove to another facility where my experience was so bad, I walked out prior to being seen by a provider. Back to Med Express at about 6:00pm with bad back pain and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving.The nurse checking me in,Jen, was familiar,and as kind and friendly as I had remembered!T he PA ,Lauren, was extremely friendly, confident, efficient, and caring. I was able to get x-rays of my back on site and Lauren came back to let me know that my back looked pretty good, but that there was another issue they saw that I would have never known about had she not shared this with me. The x-ray technician, Urfan?, was so lovely and patient, consistently asking me if I was doing okay. I received treatment and was given my x-rays on disc to take with me. Only 30 minutes after I left, I received a follow-up call from Lauren to share the radiologist's findings. I missed her call, but as soon as the facility opened the next morning, I got another call to follow-up. Wow!! Unheard of! Just 30 minutes later, the attending physician, who was signing off on my chart, called me personally to discuss a possible medication interaction he felt should be brought to my attention. I almost couldn't believe this close attention to my care. I had a wonderful PCP before she retired, and I didn't even get this from her office. I am so grateful to these individuals who went above and beyond. Outstanding work, Med Express 202!!

Heading to this one (in Phyllis Green) this morning. Have been there quite a few times in the past 5 years and have always been treated well. Staff is friendly, thorough, and takes time to listen and explain. I’ve had labs, xrays, throat swabs, and always felt good about my experience. Rooms could use some updating but that is all cosmetic. Treatment has been excellent.

Due to the fact that I had a fever and possibly covid, was referred to the Choice One Urgent care on Rock Spring Rd, Forest Hill, MD. I was seen by Dr. George LaRocco who was concerned due to my age, covid test positive, symptoms, and chest x-ray showing some pneumonia. He sent the necessary paperwork to the new UMS monoclonal antibody infusion experimental program. They accepted me and I was seen the very next day for treatment. Upon completion of the infusion all vitals seemed good, experienced one reaction on the way home and that was a spiked fever and extreme body shakes. After approximately an hour or so, things settled down. It is 2 days post infusion and I am feeling better, fevers are down and almost gone, other symptoms have improved as well. I want to personally thank Dr. LaRocco for taking that extra time to get me into this program since it likely kept me out of the hospital.
