Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I received excellent information about my condition from the doctor.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Fast service considering it was a Friday evening. Was in and out in an hour  Front desk, and patient care was decent. No complaints.

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.
