I’m pleased with everything and everyone at the Vista location in Harrison shopping center. I’m grateful they are there.   I would have liked to be able to schedule by phone. They told me I had to do it online. Not bad, though.

Staff are very nice! Scheduling is very easy check in Very fast!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
