Had to schedule an appointment for an infection. Scheduling online was very simple. The doctor and nurse were great and had great bedside manner. The only really off putting moment was the front desk girl was talking to someone on her air buds the entire time I was there, she was talking when I got there and was still talking after my appointment. She was not friendly and literally told me I had a copay and took my credit card and went back to talking.

I accidentally sliced off the side of finger and they helped staunch the bleeding and reassured me that no further care was needed. Much better then going to the emergency room. Great and friendly care.

Outstanding professional employee’s.  They insured I was processed properly and asked many questions about my health to make sure I was treated correctly.

I’m pleased with everything and everyone at the Vista location in Harrison shopping center. I’m grateful they are there.   I would have liked to be able to schedule by phone. They told me I had to do it online. Not bad, though.

Staff are very nice! Scheduling is very easy check in Very fast!

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

The only thing I did not care for was the receptionist. She was a little snobbish and unwelcoming. However, everything else was very nice.
