Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion.
