I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.
