I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

I was scared my meds changed and not feeling well they put my mind at ease. Always  make me feel better. Thank you
