Had a tight muscle and went in have it looked at. Booked online and did not have to do anything once I arrived. I was called in and looked at in 10 minutes. Everyone was helpful and nice. My visit notes were sent soon after I left. Good experience.

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.
