My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

Dose of amoxicillin was wrong.  Max dose for big kid and adult is 500mg twice daily for strep throat.  Doc gave 7ml bid for 400mg/5ml. That would have been over.  We are a medical family so we’re able to check that.  We are now giving her 6.25 mg twice a day two equal 500 mg twice a day with liquid amoxicillin because her weight pushed her into the adult dosing schedule.  As a medical provider, I know sometimes calculations can go awry. Consider re-checking. Our pharmacist also did not catch that.  We know that happens sometimes. However,  If your EMR does not catch that, especially consider re-checking each time.  Appreciate you being open on Labor Day.

Well I was a walk in I waited awhile but I did get to see the doctor and she was very friendly and professional,the staff was very friendly as well the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful ,so I was very pleased with the service I received I must say that I would refer my family and friends

Had a 3-4 day history of cough and head congestion. I have a colonoscopy in 1 week so really wanted to avoid having to reschedule as I already had to wait 6 months after scheduling due to Gastros busy schedule. We recently visited this urgent care for kids, and while the staff was kind and patient, the cleanliness of the facility was very concerning. The walls looked like they had mold growing on them, and the entire place just felt dirty and poorly maintained. The waiting area didn’t have any blinds, so we were sitting there getting baked by the sun the whole time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I really hope management addresses these issues soon because the people working there were great, but the condition of the building is absolutely unacceptable—especially for a place meant to care for children.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
