Had a bad cold body aches fever high blood pressure chest pain the nurse was very attentive but when it came to the doctor he didn’t even check my chest the only thing he checked was my throat which that was not a problem and he checked my ears that’s he wasn’t in the roo not ieven a minute ! Very disappointed

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I've gone to other "urgent care" facility' and did not realize how lacking they were until I went to AFC. I feel I received the comprehensive care that was necessary for my ailment at the time. I had a stye that was becoming larger and more painful each day. I walked into AM/PM Urgent Care at 8PM and was pleasantly greeted immediately! Check-in was easy and wait time was about 10 minutes. The doctor promptly diagnosed the problem and recommended treatment to resolve. Great experience.
