They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Everything was smooth and quick and the staff was friendly

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

Very quick process and very friendly.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!
