I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I don't typically leave reviews, but this one is week earned. I recently had a COVID-19 test at the Care Spot in Altamonte Springs, Fl at 1 pm Wednesday, 9/30/20. Got results 10/2/20 at 8 am. Excellent turn around - less than 2 days! This was my first test at Care Spot, but third overall. The Care Spot experience was by far the best. Best turn around - others to 10 - 14 days. No waiting. Very clean facilities. Very nice staff. If I need another test, or any urgent care service, it's Care Spot for me!
