Staff is friendly and kind practitioners are wonderful  and they listen to your concerns

It took around 15-20 minutes to get called in.  i felt cared for and they were concerned about my well being. I would recommend this provider if you are feeling sick and prefer medium paced care instead of going to the ER.

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.
