Almost a perfect visit. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The issue arose when we realized our normal pharmacy was closed due to holiday and asked them to move the prescription to another open pharmacy. I gave them all the information, but it took 3 calls and 1 hr to move the prescription. The move took longer than the visit. I miss the days of the prescription pad and the slip I could take anywhere.

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.
