Needed a quick appt to fit I to my work schedule - was in and out in 20 minutes.  I also felt all the staff was friendly and thorough.  Office was very clean and scheduling an appt was very easy.  This will be my new urgent care of choice

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

This was my first time going to this urgent care clinic. The ease of scheduling & the friendliness of everyone there will definitely have me going back there for future visits when necessary.

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I will definitely go back if I need anything else and would recommend it to anyone needing an appointment quickly.

Back staff medical asst and doctor were so nice. Front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Spoke to me like they were half asleep.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Went in feeling really sick and was seen and given meds in less than 20 minutes. No waiting  it was a wonderful experience and the staff and Dr. were very attentive and caring. Will definitely be going back.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Scheduling was easy check-in great Staff excellent Care excellent bedside manner wonderful and respectful. Yes I would recommend this provider

PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing
