I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

I went to Statcare for rapid test on Monday as someone at work tested positive. I called my insurance before hand and I only had to pay my copay. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I had to wait outside. They called me and gave me my quick test results with in 15 minutes. I got my PCR results yesterday and was happy to hear as they had told me 3-5 days. The staff was friendly and professional and I highly recommend it.
