I was sick on my birthday but the staff was so nice and friendly it really cheered me up. There were a few people ahead of me but the wait was pretty quick. I was in and out with prescriptions sent to pharmacy within 40 minutes with a Happy Birthday send off!

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Everyone was wonderful on my visit.  The only negative thing I would say was the check in process.  You enter your information on an iPad then a paper form then you get a text message to enter the same information.  And I was a repeat customer.

The young lady at the front desk treated with exceptional Service. I was seen within minutes upon my arrival. All of the staff were kind, pleasant and friendly.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Great experience. In and out the door in 15 minutes, making appointment very easy and I was able to make it within an hour on the same day. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
