I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

Computer systems were down.  Everything took forever.  I could hear other patient conversations through the walls.  Fix the computers.  It took forever.  Staff and doctor was nice.  Care was good.  Admin ruined it.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! Kudos to the young ladies who took care of me and listened to my excessive chatter! YOU ALL ROCK!  #PurpleLuva
