I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

It took around 15-20 minutes to get called in.  i felt cared for and they were concerned about my well being. I would recommend this provider if you are feeling sick and prefer medium paced care instead of going to the ER.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Staff was excellent.  Place was dirty, spiders in bathroom, tape on the sink, soap dispenser broken. But I would go there again just for the kindness of the staff and medical provider.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you.
