Everytime I go to Immediate Care in Lakeshore. There is never a long wait. Everyone is nice and I am in and out and able to get my prescription and get home to continue to rest. I have referred this place to other people and I will continue to come back when I am and sick

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

Check in was easy.  Staff was super friendly and the doctor was so great and explained everything where I could understand    Highly recommend
