Great customer service!!!! And the staff was very friendly

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing

I had a UTI I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and get the antibiotic that I needed right away. It was so easy and quick. The staff was very good and efficient and friendly. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
