Book an STD Test in Ashton-Sandy Spring, MD

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

What can I say…just glowing remarks! The staff was awesome saucesome! The wait time was excellent! Check-in was a breeze! The care was phenomenal!  The staff exuded impeccable professionalism! The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

I showed up and the office was closed. I got a verification txt this morning prior and I confirmed.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
