Seriously though a phone call what a sufficed and saved a lot of wasted money for co-pays or my insurance Medicare whatever somebody's paying all these bills and I'd have been just as happy to receive a phone call saying yes your toes broken there's nothing we can do about it other than tape it together if you'd like I can do that myself thank you very much thank you for saving me a day of rescheduling as I rescheduled everything for that 3:15 appointment only to be told there was nothing to be done anyhow so a more irritated that I can't get my day back over a phone call and my insurance is going to be wasted for what could have been a simple phone call all right charge him a reasonable fee for that but whatever
