I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. That is the best urgent care experience I have ever had away from home. Keep up the excellent work and I whisk you all and yours a very Merry, Blessed Holliday season. I tell everyone about you all. LRUC has been the only place that has consistently helped me, especially through covid. The wait time is long, but worth it. They use the best researched methods, are methodical and patient. When the hospital discharged me and home care never came out, the doctors here even helped me with notes for work. Anyone with some decent patience will benefit from the care here.
