I will start from Reception. Alizamarie helped me Saturday at last min of her day. And today together w Jasmine checked me in and made easy and fun. Dr JessicaTaddeo awesome. Thank you for listening and explaining everything to me. You rock. Marvi you gave me two injections w/ absolutely no pain. Thanks Thank you to all. Also the ones I could not get their names. After a long wait, over an hour with a reservation, I was taken back to a room by nurse Karrie. She was very through in obtaining my vitals and obtaining all my medications to inform the doctor of my symptoms and medical problems. I then met with Tracy Shibla, APR, who was fantastic in determining my diagnosis after completing all the required test results. Tracy's bedside manner is some of the best I have ever encountered and she is a model of professionalism that others should take note of. I appreciate the help of this very dedicated staff.

I had a situation pop up that none of my Drs. Could get me in for. Had seen this clinic in town but had previously only gone to a different one. So glad I decided to go here . From the minute I walked in the door the experience was great .( and when you are sick that means a lot) The receptionist at the front desk(wish I thought to get her name ) was super friendly and got me signed in fast. I barely had time to sit down and I was called in the back . Once again I did not get the name of the nurse who attended me, but she was fantastic and very pleasant. Then it was again a matter of maybe five minutes and the PA-C came in ( Reginald Joseph).. I was told my Diagnosis and was out the door with medication called in and on my way . The whole process took about 40 mins. If you ever need walk in care this is the place to go .. Thank you everyone at Health First Centra Care
