I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Medical service is very professional and everything is on time-great place

I had a wonderful experience today with the very helpful staff at AFC. From the front Desk to the lab to the PA everyone was patient and friendly.   The PA answered all my questions with calmness and sincerity. The scheduling was a little tricky but I caught on quickly. I highly recommend them. Thank you again for all that you do!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Staff was excellent.  Place was dirty, spiders in bathroom, tape on the sink, soap dispenser broken. But I would go there again just for the kindness of the staff and medical provider.
