I made an appointment and had to wait over 45 minutes because you took walk in before me! Why make an appointment!! Ridiculous! Never again

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I recommend to go to Carbon Health at Eastvale Merge. Should I ever need the service again, this is my place of choice. Thanks Carbon Health! I feel so much better today!

Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. My 1st visit went better than expected as good healthcare is hard to find in my experience. Everybody I came into contact with was polite, friendly knowledgeable, and caring. All my questions and concerns were addressed so overall I was very pleased with my first experience at this office..

Had pelvic pain sharp, explained my symptoms and did palpitations tests, made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.

Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.
