Everything was good except the wait time. Took about 50 minutes to be seen and I was sent to this location since the usual one was out of service at the time. I had an appointment and usually it’s quick, but not this time.

We arrived just before closing and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the closing time.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
