Staff was excellent.  Place was dirty, spiders in bathroom, tape on the sink, soap dispenser broken. But I would go there again just for the kindness of the staff and medical provider.

I absolutely loved my experience here! Docs in Stratford is my absolute favorite location. Everyone there is super sweet and they make you feel comfortable. This location is very clean and organized I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or follow ups they’re always on the ball. Check in is also very simple especially if you complete the forms prior to the appointment.  10/10 recommend!

Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Had to go there to get a physical for my job it was fast and easy the people they were very nice bedside manner was great and very clean that's what I like keep up the good work and thank you 😀
