Staff was exceptional, and professional. From the Medical Assistant to the Primary Care Physician all took the time to listen and address my concerns. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

Based on unavailability of my PCP was referred to urgent care.  Upon arrival was greeted & instructed on how to check-in, since I did not have an appointment.  Staff were friendly, patient & helpful.  Accepted my medical insurance.  Seen within a half hour.  Doctor was professional & listened intently to my concerns/symptoms.  He spent time explaining the possible cause & made a referral to a specialist.  Was very satisfied with the care I received & would recommend DOC urgent care to friends & family.

Dr Wilcox and the staff were very nice and helpful. 10/10
