There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). What a remarkable experience even though I was feeling my worst! MedExpress will be my to go medical facility whenever needed. Thank you Ladies for the superior care. VDW

The scheduling process is time consuming only due to the fact that you need to input insurance information.    I was seen timely by the clinical assistant and the PA who were both professional and empathetic. The visit was 26 minutes total which is great when you are not feeling well

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.
