My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

Everyone was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the nurses were personable, and caring. The doctor took his time.

Scheduling and check-in was easy. Dr. Hackett and the medical assistants are very professional and put you at ease. They also get right down to business taking your vitals, running your tests, and making sure you understand every part of your treatment. The facility is clean and there is relaxing music playing which makes the atmosphere peaceful.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
