Woke up this morning with ear problem. Was seen right away and issue was dealt with effectively.

Amazing Urgent care! I went today after I fell and hurt my shoulder and hand. I was seen right away by Dianne who took my vitals, list of my meds, and listened to what happened. She later did my XRays. She is so kind and competent. I couldn't get my medals off due to shoulder pain, she took care of that all the while being so friendly, funny and down to earth. I saw Dr. Wison before and after my XRay. He is amazing at his job. He examined my shoulder and hand to see what I was capable of doing, wrote up the order for the XRays and then explained everything to me in a clear and patient manner. The man at the front desk (didnt catch his name) was also very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Norwood. This is by far the best experience I've had at an urgent care!

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

When you first walk you are welcomed by a very caring staff from the receptionist to the provider. Even over the phone they are especially kind and understanding. Thank you physicianone!

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing.
