The effectiveness of the lungs is determined by a pulmonary function test. The test evaluates lung volume, capacity, gas exchange, and rate of flow, as well as other lung-related characteristics. Your doctor may be able to identify and treat some lung diseases based on the results.

How are pulmonary function tests performed?

Pulmonary function tests can be performed in two ways, depending on the information your doctor needs. In some cases, your doctor may request both tests since they measure different things. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

Everyone was very helpful. I booked the appointment the night before for 9 o’clock when they open. I got right in and Dr. Emanuel came in. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and prescribe medication for me. I have been to urgent care a few times before and everyone is always so wonderful. I would recommend urgent care. I have insurance that covers everything. That was not a worry for me! I had booked my appointment the night before online.
