I was able to able to schedule but didn't to the back til and hour and a half later than the time I was scheduled

Everything was great , front desk , medical assistant, main doctor. Super fast and easy, butttt the room we were in was just dirty. The patients bed was so dusty and dirty when i wiped it as if its never been wiped before

What good is an appointment when you are still waiting a hour afterwards.

Everything went smoothly. Wait time wasn’t long and the doctor was super conservative!

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. We appreciate the great care!

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

Got there early, I already had checked in. Waited less than than minutes. Staff is very friendly . Enjoyed the location.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
