Every time I go the staff are responsive understanding and efficient. I have zero complaints and they were responsible for diagnosing a long time health concern when no one could. I highly encourage a visit a fresh pair of eyes at DocS day 2 feeling so much better in one day Thank you I wasn’t function able and now back on track

I had a tough time using my cell phone because of my age. The person at the front desk was terrific helped me quite a bit. Had a couple staples removed on my head. Both people in the back were fantastic.

There was one doctor on duty. She was really friendly and very apologetic about the wait time. She never once complained either. She just did her job the best she could and I never felt like she was rushing me out the door. Get her some help!

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The facility was clean and well organized, which made the whole visit even better. I truly appreciate the quality care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs prompt and compassionate medical attention.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

The medical assistant was terrific - friendly, professional and listened. The PA was not that way. Did not even bother to listen to my chest. Because of that did not hear wheezing. Did not read my chart. Cookie cutter treatment. I will find a different urgent care.

The dr. And staff are great . Dr took her time with me to make sure she went the extra mile to check and treat my foot rash. I recommend to anyone and everyone. 10/10 for sure!

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
