I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

I have a head cold with an allergic Stye/Cold  in my eye That seemed to be getting worse. The PA looked in my infected eye and then to pursue look in my healthy left eye with the same glove on that she looked into my other infected eye. I backed away telling her “ Oh Don’t use the same finger you  used to look in my infected eye into my healthy eye. I was truly bothered by this non professionalism No both eyes have some infection. Not good practice. Pa Sarah Bryan was the PA at the time

I recently had a disappointing experience at Next Care Urgent Care that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the attitude of the front office staff. Their rudeness was palpable and made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, their dismissive behavior left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact at the facility was so negative, overshadowing the rest of our visit. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial in a healthcare setting.

Excellent care from all providers.  They take the time to listen and understand my symptoms in order to take the best approach possible.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Everyone is really attentive and caring.  Check in was quick.  I had to wait for 40 minutes to see the PA because there was only one working and an emergency came in.

Logan is very helpful. I’ll give her a 5 star for her great customer service.

I realized I better have someone look at my arm abrasion to make sure I didn't have an infection. I booked an appt. In Thornton 1st, but didn't realize they were closed until I got there. There was no notification before hand. I then booked an appt. In Broomfield, which went very well. Service was great, excellent and fast. I was in and out with prescription. I would recommend this provider.

Excellent Urgent Care!  Able to see someone quickly!  Everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable, asked questions, listened to my concerns, recommended x-rays for reassurance, and just made it a very positive experience!  Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Castle Pines!

Had bad lower back pain and was able to schedule an appointment with no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful. My visit was prompt and questions answered with care and compassion. I recommend this Urgent care to anyone who needs decent people to treat their issues.

QR code provided for check-in worked seamlessly.  Courtesy extended from the front desk including the escort to a examination room, was excellent. PA Carla, was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in her care. AFC is an invaluable service to Louisville and the surrounding areas and highly recommended.

Was able to be seen quickly and had a simple diagnosis with a throat swab and was on my was with eye drops for junctivitis. My illness became much more but because we did the throat swab and culture it was identified with a treatment plan.

The nurse and provider were excellent people and the visit was quick because the two at the front desk were on top of things. Very clean and plenty of seating, it was busy but hard to tell. Highly recommend!

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
