Took my spouse in Friday and saw PA Timothy and Nurse Mary. My spouse was urinating a lot of blood. They gave him immediate and professional care and at the same time, they kept him calm and pain free. They truely care about their patients and work promptly, yet carefully to manage the problem. I definitley will return to the Palm Springs Desert Oasis Urgent Care again if needed. Dave

I had to go to Urgent Care do to a dog bite from a dog at the dog park that morning. (5/21/24). After taking my dog to the vet and having to leave him there for a few hours we headed over to Urgent Care Rancho Mirage! Was seen by a very friendly staff member who checked me in. Took a seat and was called back within minutes. The LVN that helped us came right in asked her questions and proceeded to clean my wound. The doctor came in with in minutes of the LVN leaving the room. Doctor Anna accessed my arm where the dog had bitten me and started doing what she could to fix it! She prescribed an antibiotic, gave me a tetanus shot and sent me on my way with care instructions! Very thorough exam, very nice staff from start to finish! Was out in an hour or less. Best Urgent care in the valley! Thank you Rancho Mirage Urgent Care for all you do! ❤️
