I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

Everyone was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the nurses were personable, and caring. The doctor took his time.

Scheduling and check-in was easy. Dr. Hackett and the medical assistants are very professional and put you at ease. They also get right down to business taking your vitals, running your tests, and making sure you understand every part of your treatment. The facility is clean and there is relaxing music playing which makes the atmosphere peaceful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
