Made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. Scheduling was easy, especially since we’ve been there before. Doctors listen and don’t do any unnecessary tests. Glad it was so easy. The hardest thing is finding the place and parking, but the people there are great

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

They were great. Didn’t wait and the staff and doctor were very helpful.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and kind I wish I got her name the doctors were so great. In and out in less than 15 minutes

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

First time here, staff and doctor are very nice and thorough.

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

It was amazing! The staff are absolutely fantastic

They are awesome. Fast, friendly, most importantly they listen to your concerns and what you tell them is going on and then check you out and you‘re done.  I would go again. ❤️

My appointment was for a physical. When I arrived, I was told there was no provider. I could complete my vital signs and go to another location to see a provider. Unacceptable and a waste of time. Seems like I could have been notified that a physical was not possible. I got no less than 5 reminders for the appointment.
