The young lady at the front desk treated with exceptional Service. I was seen within minutes upon my arrival. All of the staff were kind, pleasant and friendly.

Great experience. In and out the door in 15 minutes, making appointment very easy and I was able to make it within an hour on the same day. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait any extra time. The staff was very friendly and very caring. They did a wonderful job and I was out with my concern, taken care within an hour

I choose and recommend this urgent care above any other because the of the quick easy response and appointment.  Checking in is pleasant quick easy. Staff and care is always professional and efficient thorough informative.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

This practice is fantastic- easy to schedule and check in. Almost immediate treatment- they listen, examine and provide treatment. I was in an out in 20 minutes. And everyone is so friendly and patient focused. Highly recommended !

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
