Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

It took around 15-20 minutes to get called in.  i felt cared for and they were concerned about my well being. I would recommend this provider if you are feeling sick and prefer medium paced care instead of going to the ER.

Definitely recommend. Ease of getting appointment, great and attentive personalized care by Mardi.   Check-in process is a bit time consuming (check-in only at front desk - there used to be an online or in-app option but that is gone, then wait to get link to fill out questionnaire, then get in wait list) entire process can take 15 - 20 min.

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

The dr and staff were very kind♡ Actually loved the Dr!!! She took her time and gave the best feedback ♡ God bless would definitely recommend her to anyone

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Staff was excellent.  Place was dirty, spiders in bathroom, tape on the sink, soap dispenser broken. But I would go there again just for the kindness of the staff and medical provider.

My Experience at LI Urgent care in manorville was excellent. Scheduling on line was easy, very little wait time when I arrived, Establishment is modern and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, The PA (Nicole Gardocki) was was Great , very knowledgeable and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this provider.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to the staff at this location. During this crazy time of Covid-19, they were cheerful, thorough, and just downright pleasant. From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. I was presenting with some respiratory concerns, and they made me feel safe, and gave me a sound mind. Thank you again.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Always top shelf, great support staff, this was final followup and xrays clear. Thanks again
